This podcast is for those who are open to hear about my life from the perspective of someone with a physical disability. It will highlight my personal experiences and aim to build knowledge and challenge assumptions. My hope is that at least one person listening can become aware of the impact society has on someone with a disability. It is important to me that we recognise the need for change and begin to accept people from all walks of life.

I am loving being able to share some of my amazing supports with you on this platform, I really do feel super fortunate to have them! It was great to have Sophie on this episode to talk about her experience of getting into support work. There were many laughs during this episode, I'm sure you can hear just how special the connection is with me and Sophie.
