This podcast is for those who are open to hear about my life from the perspective of someone with a physical disability. It will highlight my personal experiences and aim to build knowledge and challenge assumptions. My hope is that at least one person listening can become aware of the impact society has on someone with a disability. It is important to me that we recognise the need for change and begin to accept people from all walks of life.

This episode is a vulnerable one for me, and one I didn't think I would ever be in a place where I was comfortable enough in sharing. I appreciate how Joel asks the questions, he does it in a respectful manner and for that I'm beyond grateful.
It's important that I emphasis that my relationship with my body image will be an ongoing thing for me.
